SR NOVELTY JEWELLERY PVT. LTD.

These Terms and Conditions (Terms) apply to the use of our website and the purchase of products through SR NOVELTY JEWELLERY PVT. LTD. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. PAN Card Requirement

As per the Government of Indian regulations, all purchases exceeding ₹2,00,000 must be accompanied by a valid PAN card number. Failure to provide this information at the time of order placement will lead to order cancellation.

2. ID Proof at Delivery

For high-value shipments, our delivery partners may request a government-issued photo ID.
If someone is collecting the parcel on behalf of the original buyer, they must also present valid ID.
This process ensures secure and verified delivery of your valuable items.

3. Order Confirmation & Processing

Orders are processed only after full payment is received. Once confirmed, an email/SMS with the order details will be sent. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders with incorrect pricing or stock issues.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Orders: Typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
International Orders: Delivery timelines vary by destination. Refer to our Shipping Policy for details.
Delays caused by unforeseen events (natural calamities, strikes, etc.) are not under our control.

5. Returns & Exchange

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, only for unused, unworn items in original condition with tags.
Customized or engraved jewellery is non-returnable.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Return shipping costs are the customer-s responsibility unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not been shipped.
After dispatch, the order cannot be cancelled.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.

7. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:
UPI / Debit / Credit Cards / Net Banking
Wallets and other supported online payment platforms
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on selected products and pin codes
For security, all online transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways.

8. Product Descriptions & Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and pricing are as accurate as possible.
In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to correct the price and either confirm the new price with you or cancel the order.

9. Warranty & Authenticity

All our jewellery is 100% genuine and hallmarked (where applicable).
We provide a certificate of authenticity with every product.
Manufacturing defects are covered under warranty for a specific period. Please contact customer service for claims.

10. User Responsibility

By using our platform, you agree:
• Not to misuse the website for unlawful purposes.
• To provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during checkout.
• That SR NOVELTY is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Purba Medinipur, West Bengal.
