The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, bills, and certificates (if any).

Share your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Once approved, ship the product back to our provided address.
After inspection, the refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days.4
Mode of Refund
Payments made by UPI, debit card, credit card, or net banking will be refunded to the same account.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer/UPI after return verification.5
Exchange Option
Instead of a refund, customers may choose to exchange the product for another design of equal or higher value (with price adjustment).6
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
In case of defective or wrong product delivery, SR Novelty will bear the return shipping cost.7
